Schedule
- Daytime scheduling, every other Saturday, set day off during the week when you work Saturday
- Closed Sundays

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales floor team to create an exceptional guest experience
- Ensure the showroom environment is welcoming, organized, and aligned with Rydell brand standards
- Motivate team members to meet performance targets and uphold our One Low Price sales philosophy
- Support Sales Consultants in product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales process effectiveness
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and solutionfocused mindset
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to plan strategy, track performance, and support team growth
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and teamoriented culture on the showroom floor
- Oversee daily floor operations, including staffing, guest flow, and showroom presentation
- Perform high-quality demonstrations and stay current on new models, features, and technology
- Drive referral business through strong relationshipbuilding and followup practices
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to model professional behavior, appearance, and customer engagement
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Comfortable learning vehicle product information and supporting team members’ growth
- Flexible availability, including Saturdays
- Clean driving record
