Role Description

Role Description:

As a Senior Principle Engineer - Platform Support- Salesforce at Incedo, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients using the Oracle platform. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve problems related to the platform and work closely with other Oracle professionals to escalate complex issues as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•    Provide technical support for Salesforce platforms, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

•    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize support requests, and ensure timely and effective resolution.

•    Proactively identify and address potential issues, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

•    Develop and maintain support documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides.

•    Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.

•    Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

 

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

• Expertise in Salesforce platform administration and maintenance


• Experience with Integration tools and techniques, including Salesforce APIs


• Proficient in Salesforce configuration and customization


• Knowledge of Data Management best practices and tools

Nice-to-have skills

Qualifications

Qualifications 

• 13-15 years of work experience in relevant field


• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
