BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for international customer support related to order processing, activities, and initiatives as assigned. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Process units and parts orders from international distributors, KES, and customers as assigned.
  2. Build & maintain strong relationships with international distributors, KES, and customers as assigned. This includes providing a high level of customer service through e-mail correspondence, Microsoft Teams, and telephone. 
  3. Liaison between international sales team, distributors, customers, and factory staff members.
  4. Acts as advocate for international distributors, KES, and customers with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  5. Follows U.S. export regulatory requirements and compliance requirements with international trade.
  6. Financial goals as established by Taylor’s leadership

You’ll Fit in Ideally if You Are or Have: 

  1. Experience in high-paced customer service environment
  2. Exhibit high level of customer service philosophy and skills
  3. Fluent in Spanish & English – read, write, speak
  4. Understanding of Hispanic & American cultures 
  5. Leadership skills and background
  6. Strong communication skills – internal and external
  7. Strong organization skills
  8. Flexible and ability to respond to high-paced environment
  9. Self-motivated with ability to work on own and in a team environment
  10. Working knowledge export documentation and international trade process
  11. Strong Microsoft Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP and Office skills

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma – BA or BS in business or foreign language a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish & English [is this required for this position?]
  • 2-3 years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience, preferably Manufacturing
