Sales Greeter

Location:
Inside and outside the dealership (sales floor, showroom entrance, lot as needed)

Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly as they arrive on the sales floor or lot


• Notify salespeople and sales managers that customers are waiting


• Use phone and text messaging to communicate customer arrivals and needs


• Direct customers appropriately and ensure they are acknowledged quickly


• Maintain a friendly, professional first impression for the dealership

Requirements:

• Comfortable using a smartphone for calls and texting


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to be on feet and move between indoor and outdoor areas


• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
