Sales Lead

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

We are a Marketing and Sales Agency in Allentown PA. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer and client focused services within the marketing industry. We are seeking Sales Leads to join our team. As a member of the Sales department, you will manage Sales Representatives and work directly with our Director of Field Operations.

What You Will Do:

• Promote and sell client products

• Build and maintain relationships with client accounts

• Collaborate with management within our company

• Work a minimum of 4 WEEK days of your choosing

• Network and market our clients service to local organizations within Eastern PA

• Manage Team and Set goals for self and reps

Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials/skills:

• High School or GED

• Customer Service (a plus but not needed)

• Bilingual (a plus but not needed)

• Sales (a plus but not needed)

• Quick Learning

• Ambitious

• MUST have valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle

• Be able to manage time and team efficiently
