Job description:

Sales Lead

We are currently seeking a Sales Lead who can execute on all of European Wax Center's policies and procedures while upholding performance standards. The Sales Lead will lead by example and achieve individual KPI's to exceed and uphold profitability

This position is excellent for those looking for growth opportunities! You'll earn hourly pay with the ability to earn uncapped commission.

About the Role: The Sales Lead is responsible for working along with the Center Sales Leader to ensure every guest has an exceptionable experience while driving the center's KPI metrics. Our Core Purpose is to help people feel more confident about themselves.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Position Duties

  • Achieve sales goals daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
  • Ensure each guest has an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure all confirmation calls are made and are being addressed 
  • Focus on daily KPI to drive profitability
  • Establishes a loyal guest base through their behavior, product presentation, and service.
  • Front desk procedures to drive performance 
  • Maintain impeccable center cleanliness and organization
  • Update communication group chat
  • Is self-motivated and a go-getter. Is accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the Brand and leads and inspires by example, regularly encourages fact-based solutions and celebrates the success of others.

Availability

  • Open and Flexible
  • Must be available for morning, night, and weekend shifts and on call for emergencies

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 30 per week
