Sales Lead for Local Manufacturer - Immediate Start

We are a manufacturer of metal finishing/working equipment and supplies and build high quality machines we sell to metal fabricators and welding distributors across the US and some International. We focus on a product line within the welding industry and are located in South Gilbert in a new 13,000 sq ft manufacturing space.

There are several primary responsibilities in this position. Firstly to work with inbound phone calls/emails/communications from new and potential customers, to educate and help specify a product that would be best suited for them. Another would be following up on leads and searching for potential opportunities throughout the welding sector. The role will collect leads for new business development via data mining and alternative internet searches. The information gleaned from inbound and outbound calls will be entered into our CRM for use as data collection and opportunity tracking.
Additional responsibilities will be to answer questions prospective and existing customers have regarding our equipment and process. You will be trained on our products as well as the industry.
The candidate will also work closely with our Marketing Manager for creating and managing targeted and strategic marketing campaigns. There are multiple other customer support functions that will be required but having clear focus on sales growth and customer expansion will be the top priority.
Experience with Microsoft Office products, a CRM platform, and QuickBooks are highly preferred. Extensive experience on the telephone interacting with existing as well as potential customers is necessary. Sales growth will be rewarded via a monthly commission.
