Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $35-$45 based on experience.
Shift: Monday – Friday during normal business hours | Hybrid to Princeton office – 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday)

What’s a typical day as a Sales Lead Recruiter? You’ll be:
• Partnering with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers, external research partners, and agencies to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for the Commercial organization in North America.
• Creating talent acquisition plans that focus on high quality, diversity, and cultural fit.
• Developing and maintaining a network of diverse candidates using various sourcing methods.
• Facilitating recruiting strategy meetings and preparing hiring managers and interview teams.
• Reviewing candidate resumes and conducting interviews using behavioral, competency-based techniques.
• Creating recruitment marketing campaigns to promote careers.
• Maintaining positive relationships with key clients and providing timely updates.
• Ensuring compliance with local country guidelines and internal SOPs.
• Managing relationships with agencies and serving as the main point of contact.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the recruitment process and assessment tools.
• Participating in Talent Acquisition projects and performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Have 7+ years of experience in recruiting.
• Are familiar with ATS systems and CRM.
• Have prior recruiting leadership experience with geographically dispersed teams.
• Have expert knowledge of employment and data privacy related laws.
