Five Star Bath Solutions is continuing to expand, and we’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Leader to take charge of sales and team development. This is your opportunity to be on the ground floor of a brand-new franchise, leading from the front while closing deals and building a high-performance sales team.

If you’re a top-producing closer who thrives on leading by example, this is your chance to own your market, grow your income, and create something big in a booming industry.

What You’ll Do:

Sell directly to homeowners – Lead by example and be the top producer

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team

Execute a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results

Drive accountability and push your team to hit revenue goals

Earn commissions on your sales + overrides on team performance

What We’re Looking For:

A top closer ready to sell and lead from the front

A builder who thrives in a startup-style environment

Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)

A coach and motivator who can drive team success

Five Star Bath Solutions is a full service bathroom remodeler specializing in bath and shower remodeling and installations in your area.
We are your local bathroom remodeler specializing in all things bathroom remodeling including tub to shower conversion, bath tub to shower conversion, small bathroom remodels, safety bath installation, new shower installation, and more.

Key to the Five Star Bath Solutions brand is improving the lives of those around us, including those in our communities. As our charitable arm, Pure Solutions is focused on “giving the gift of hope” to individuals in need.We appreciate the support each community provides in doing business with Five Star Bath Solutions.
