Job Description - Sales Leader



Row House is a boutique fitness concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. We are looking for relentless, yet humble individuals who are enthusiastic about helping people feel great physically & mentally! Sound like you? Then we should talk! We are looking for full and part time employees who want to advance with our fast growing brand.

POSITION: 

The Sales Leader will oversee execution of the sales plan as set by the General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred

  • Must be an Extrovert and take Initiative

  • Confident in generating personal sales and coaching Sales Reps

  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail

  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit

  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement

  • An affinity and passion for fitness

  • Solid writing and grammar skills

  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software

*This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.

DUTIES:


  • Lead generation via grass roots marketing and networking

  • Implement sales process to schedule classes for prospects

  • Convert prospects to members and get the Row House brand on bodies

  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

  • Any other duties as assigned
