Having already completed more than 3,000 roofs to support solar installations, we’re now offering roofing as a standalone service. With our massive and growing customer base, many of whom have aging roofs, Purelight Power is well-positioned to deliver best-in-class solar panel removal and replacement services to facilitate roof upgrades when needed.

Although we're only now announcing this new vertical publicly, don't mistake that for inexperience. We have an extensive network of build partners and proudly hold the coveted GAF Master Elite certification. With the ability to scale quickly, we're the ideal home for industry trailblazers seeking bigger opportunities.

What is a trailblazer?

A trailblazer is a bold leader and foundational force- not just a top performer, but someone helping to shape the company’s future. We’re ready to bring on 5-10 established, roofing sales professionals with leadership, management and recruiting/training experience. We expect them to become the trailblazers of our growing team in Oregon and Washington and prepared to build teams of 20-30 by August. Whether you specialize in setting or closing, this is your opportunity to earn a leadership role quickly—working with and reporting directly to the founder/owner of the company. 

We are looking specifically for individuals who:

• consistently exceed sales targets
• are recognized leaders in roofing sales
• have a track record of closing high-value roofing contracts
• have demonstrated success in residential roofing sales
• have a reputation for high conversion rates
• pass a background check (required)
• have a strong emotional IQ

Compensation:

• 100% commission position
• Payout per sale between $1,500-$3k, depending on contract value
• Top sellers can expect to make up to $20k/month
• Solar leads generated from a roof sale pays up to $1,500- $3k per install, on top of roof commission
