Reports to: General/Sales Manager 

Salary: $35,000 - $49,000/annually

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers and team members with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Receive and inspect new vehicle deliveries, checking for damage and verifying accessories.
• Keep our lot and showroom organized, safe, and looking sharp for customers.
• Wash and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
• Help with dealer trades and vehicle movement as needed.
• Maintain dealership facilities and grounds, ensuring everything is clean and presentable.
• Support the sales team with a variety of tasks to keep the dealership running at its best.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                 o Accrual begins on your first day.

                          0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked

                          3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                          10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

• High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
