Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager at HOM Furniture, you will lead our showroom team in driving big ticket sales and providing an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise in sales management will be vital in training and mentoring staff to reach their sales goals while ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Pay and Benefits:

• Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the showroom team to meet and exceed sales management targets
• Provide ongoing training and development for staff on product knowledge and big ticket sales strategies
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing escalated complaints and resolving issues
• Oversee inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising strategies in the showroom
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities in sales management
• Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and communication

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 to 10 years of experience in sales management, particularly in big ticket retail
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Moderate physical demands; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
