What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with dental patients and professionals.
  • Present and sell Wave Dental Professionals’ suite of  dental services to patients.
  • Drive new business by meeting sales goals and closing deals with high-value clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Dental Sales Experience REQUIRED: At least 2 years of experience in treatment plan sales, dental product sales
  • Proven Closer: You’ve consistently hit or exceeded your sales goals and know how to ask for the sale.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: You're energized by targets, motivated by commissions, and unfazed by objections.
  • Strong Communicator: You’re persuasive, empathetic, and able to explain complex treatment plans in patient-friendly terms.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with dental software, CRM tools, and financing platforms is a strong plus.

Requirements

  

Education and Training

  • 2+ years of dental business office experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures.

FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt

Reports to: Director of Sales
