Position Details:

Location: Lohi, CO

Pay: $50,000-$55,000 per year (based on experience)

Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays

What Youll Do

As our Sales Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of StretchLab Lohileading sales efforts, building a tight-knit community, and ensuring every guest experience is exceptional.

Drive Studio Growth: Own the sales funnel from lead management to conversion. Expect to make 50+ outbound calls daily, converting first-time visitors into committed members.

Lead with Energy: Set the tone for the studio. Inspire and motivate your team to hit goals and deliver world-class service every day.

Build Genuine Connections: Understand the why behind every guests visit, and guide them toward the membership option that truly fits their goals.

Master the Close: Handle objections with confidence and keep conversations focused on the life-changing value of mobility.

Elevate the Experience: Ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and excited to returnnot just to StretchLab, but to YOU.

Collaborate with Purpose: Partner with the Studio Owner to execute local marketing efforts, pop-ups, and community events to build brand awareness and studio traffic.

Keep It Running Smoothly: Maintain day-to-day studio operations, from CRM follow-ups to a clean and fully stocked environment.

Who You Are

1+ year of sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service industries

A natural people-person who builds trust and excitement with ease

Driven by goals, metrics, and resultsyou thrive in performance-based environments

Comfortable leading and motivating a small team while jumping in wherever needed

Detail-oriented and organized, especially when managing leads and follow-ups

Passionate about wellness, movement, and personal growthfor yourself and others

Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
