As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with both online and offline dance-wear retailers, managing key clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail & Dance Store Outreach:
- Research and compile a list of potential dancewear retailers that cater to the client's target audience in ballet, tap, and jazz dance genres.
- Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to potential retail partners, showcasing how client’s products could enhance their current scale of services.
- Initiate co-promotional strategies such as in-store events, co-branded promotions, and exclusive product lines customized for retailer clientele.
- Account Management:
- Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with vital retail partners and ensure continuous collaboration and satisfaction.
- Oversee sales channels and provide progress updates to senior management.
Qualifications
Essential skills, experience, and qualifications required to apply:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the fashion or dancewear retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
