  • Love leading from the frontmaking 50+ calls daily to engage leads and close memberships.

What Youll Do

As the Sales Manager, youll be responsible for driving revenue, coaching your team, and ensuring every visitor feels supported and excited to begin their wellness journey.

Sales & Outreach

  • Drive daily outreach through calls, texts, and walk-in follow-ups to convert leads into clients.

  • Personally close memberships and program packages, hitting and exceeding sales goals.

  • Follow up with past leads and re-engage inactive clients through personalized outreach.

  • Help execute grassroots marketing, community partnerships, and referral campaigns.

Leadership & Client Experience

  • Set the tone and energy of the front desk with positivity, professionalism, and passion.

  • Coach team members on lead conversion, phone etiquette, and in-studio tours.

  • Lead with empathyespecially when interacting with clients who feel stuck or skeptical.

  • Ensure every client receives a world-class welcome and onboarding experience.

Operations & Accountability

  • Manage and report on KPIs such as sales goals, lead follow-up, and retention metrics.

  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate lead and client notes.

  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to improve team performance and client satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

  • 23+ years of sales or client experience (ideally in wellness, fitness, or service-based sales).

  • Comfortable working on-site and making 50+ calls per day.

  • Proven success with high-ticket sales and hitting revenue goals.

  • Passionate about wellness, with a strong work ethic and commitment to team success.

This role offers a competitive base salary of $70,000 plus performance-based commission. Top performers can expect to earn $82,000 or more annually, with uncapped potential based on results.
