Job Responsibilities:

• Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team

• Run sales leads with representatives as a hands-on training tool

• Assist reps in the field by taking calls and supporting the closing process

• Review team performance regularly and take action to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals

• Conduct cancel-save appointments effectively to retain potential customers

• Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to revisit unsold leads and close opportunities

• Lead and facilitate ongoing sales training and development meetings

• Set and communicate clear expectations for the sales team aligned with company objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Home Improvement Sales, preferably with the 1-Day Bath Remodel concept

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Management preferred

• Proven leadership skills in coaching, motivating, and developing sales teams

• Strong business acumen with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with digital tools: iPad presentations, electronic contracts, CRM systems
