Job Description - Sales Manager



Bartlett Roofing is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho! This is a chance to play a key role in driving our success while leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to motivate and support your team, enhance customer interactions, provide ongoing training, and foster a culture of excellence. Your leadership will directly contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier solutions, security, and peace of mind to our communities.

Compensation Structure: $70,000 annual salary plus a competitive, uncapped performance-based commission structure.
Job Type:
Full-time, 40+ hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Conduct sales meetings with team members to review performance and deliver training.
  • Perform one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
  • Manage team and hold them accountable using KPIs that have been established by the leadership team and direct supervisor.
  • Actively train veteran and new reps to ensure proper practice of job duties and performance.
  • Develop team members by actively contributing to their growth through coaching in office and in the field.
  • Review resumes and facilitate interviews for the hiring process to build team.
  • Act as final approver for jobs prior to installation day.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in insurance restoration.
  • 5+ years of sales experience required
  • 2+ years of sales management and/or leadership experience required
  • Roofing experience preferred. 
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Highly disciplined and internally motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Easily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individuals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and ready for change.
  • Technologically proficient and able to utilize mobile applications.
