Sales Manager

Mercedes-Benz of St Louis is seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Sales Manager with a proven track record who is ready to join the team. We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, motivating and process driven with 5+ years Sales Manager experience. The ideal candidate should have very strong background in Luxury Brand Automotive Sales and will possess the ability to engage and manage a highly motivated sales staff. Must have references and the ability to lead the department.  

Sales Manager Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership abilities 


• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales management experience 


• Minimum 2 years of automotive Financing experience


• Proven track record of successful people management skills 


• Strong background in a financial / budgeting role 


• Ability to manage inventory and close deals 


• Excellent communication skills


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Must pass drug and background
