The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to partner with our General Sales Manager in leading both new and pre-owned operations. This role is all about driving performance, developing people, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

A motivated, hands-on leader who:

  Has 2+ years of automotive sales management experience

  Understands internet sales, CRM systems, SEO/SEM, and showroom operations

Key Responsibilities

  Train and lead a high-performing sales team

  Build and execute strategies for new and used sales

  Drive showroom and online traffic through CRM and marketing initiatives
