About the Role:
This is a leadership position responsible for driving revenue for the hotel by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans. You will lead a sales team, manage client relationships, and oversee all sales-related activities to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including direct sales, marketing, and social media strategies.Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.Conduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching, and evaluate team performance.Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract guests and maximize occupancy.Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance.Manage the sales department budget.Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:Proven experience in a sales or management role, with a preference for hospitality experience.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding sales goals.Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
