Job Description - Sales Manager



Moses Auto Group has stood proudly as a multi-generational dealership for over 76 years and is home to an iconic manufacturer portfolio leading the industry through purposeful innovation and creativity.


We are looking for an aggressive Sales Manager with a proven track record of high-volume performance.  This position will be responsible for obtaining established sales goals and assisting the General Manager with day-to-day business development and sales activities to support new business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage a dynamic sales team, setting goals and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize profitability and volume.

  • Ensure your team has in-depth knowledge of the latest car models and features.

  • Manage new car inventory, optimizing the mix and turnover to align with market demand.

  • Build and nurture lasting customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Analyze local market trends to adapt strategies and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

  • Drive team development through continuous training, performance evaluations, and professional growth opportunities.

  • Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and strategic adjustments.


IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:



  • Bachelor’s in business administration or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, passionate about mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and market awareness.

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
