Sales Manager

Your responsibilities will include Build and maintain strong relationships with the buying team, executive leadership, store management, and sales associates of Big Sandy Develop pricing, programming, marketing plans, and sales execution strategies Deliver revenue, margin, and share goals and accurate volume forecasts Manage allowances and local merchandising funds to maximize return on investment Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of strategic selling and negotiating experience Experience leveraging strong customer relationships to develop and grow business Experience using data to influence decisions across senior stakeholders and leaders Experience delivering persuasive presentations Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Knowledge of professional sales process and insights-driven selling Familiarity with the retail distribution channel
