Partner with BDC, F&I, and leadership to improve overall store performance
Help manage inventory strategy, merchandising, aging, and deal flow
Step in on customer issues, close gaps quickly, and keep momentum strong
Recruit and retain talent that can elevate store performance
Help create a winning culture where expectations are high and performance is recognized
A proven automotive sales manager who knows how to lead and produce
Someone who understands how to create momentum on the floor
A manager who can hold people accountable while still building culture
Someone who sees opportunity in inventory depth, campus traffic, and multi-brand flexibility

A competitive, process-driven operator who wants real opportunity for impact and growth
Prior automotive sales management experience preferred
Proven track record of driving performance and developing teams
Strong desk skills and understanding of retail automotive operations
Experience with CRM, lead management, and process accountability
Strong communication, leadership, and customer handling ability
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
