Job Description - Sales Manager

pītusa (pronounced pee-tu-sah) was founded in 2010 with a simple mission: to create high-quality, flattering apparel that evokes happiness. From our signature vibrant trims to our luxurious fabrics, pītusa is a celebration of comfort, color, and effortless style.

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales growth across wholesale and retail channels. You will be the engine behind our revenue goals, managing relationships with global boutiques and major retailers while ensuring our brand's "lighthearted aesthetic" is represented in every transaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit monthly and annual targets.
  • Wholesale Management: Oversee and expand our network of 300+ worldwide stockists; identify and onboard new high-end boutiques and department stores.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the face of the brand for our accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast inventory needs and suggest new product opportunities.
  • Trade Shows: Represent Pitusa at major international fashion trade shows (e.g., Miami Swim Week, Coterie) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Miami-based design and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and product feedback loops.

Who You Are
 

  • Experienced: You have 3-5 years of sales experience in the fashion or luxury goods industry (wholesale experience is a major plus).
  • Driven: You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • A "Girlboss" Energy: You thrive in a fast-paced, female-led entrepreneurial environment and aren't afraid to "hustle."
  • Culturally Aware: You appreciate the diversity and global inspiration behind our brand.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, MS Excel, and sales analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel for trade shows and client visits as needed.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
