Sales Manager with F&I Responsibility – $80,000–$150,000/yr | INFINITI of Cincinnati | Cincinnati, OH

INFINITI of Cincinnati is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at our Kings Automall location. In this role, you'll lead our sales team while also handling Finance & Insurance (F&I) for our customers. No prior F&I experience required — we will train the right person!

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit monthly goals


• Manage the sales process from initial customer contact through closing


• Present and structure financing and insurance options for customers


• Work with lenders to secure competitive rates


• Ensure all deals are structured accurately and in compliance with regulations


• Help create a positive, high-energy environment on the floor

What We're Looking For:

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred


• A natural leader who can motivate and develop a team


• Strong communication and customer-facing skills


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment


• F&I experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000 – $150,000 per year (based on performance)
