Job Description Summary
This property-based position is responsible for generating conference group business from both local and national markets, with a strong focus on revenue maximization, strategic market development, and the effective administration of assigned responsibilities. This Manager would oversee the SMERF (Social, Sports, Military/Government/Education/Religious and Fraternal) Market segments as well as solicits and manage the property’s Business Transient accounts. The role requires disciplined execution through thoughtful delegation, sound judgment, and a high level of personal attention to detail.Job Description

Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required. Some college or college degree preferred. A minimum of one year Sales experience in a similar operation. Prior experience within a four-star hotel brand preferred. Degree in hospitality management is a plus. Related degree preferred. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
