Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop high-performance strategies, and ensure an exceptional customer journey from first contact to final delivery.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement strategies

  • Oversee inventory management and vehicle ordering

  • Ensure a superior customer experience aligned with Volvo brand standards

  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff

  • Collaborate with marketing to drive showroom traffic and lead generation

  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations


Qualifications



  • Proven experience in automotive sales management (preferred)

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

  • Valid driver’s license
