Description of the role:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Classic Kia Smithfield. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pre-owned Kia vehicles and a track record of exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive pre-owned Kia vehicle sales

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets

  • Manage inventory and pricing strategies to maximize profitability

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in automotive sales management

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of pre-owned Kia vehicles is a plus

  • Valid driver's license
