We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will be goal-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the dealership and providing leadership and guidance to all employees.

Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
Review critical metrics daily for sales department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan
Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Provide training and support to all staff
Assist sales consultants in closing deals and attracting more customers
- Call, email, text and communicate with prospects and customers
- Strong desking and closing abilities - special finance knowledge is beneficial for this role
- Should be knowledgeable with appraising trade-ins and used car street purchases
Qualifications
Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum 3-5 years of automotive sales management experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of inventory control
Strong computer and phone skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Ambitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic environment
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
