What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly goals.


• Coach salespeople through every stage of the sales process.


• Desk deals and maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.


• Hold the team accountable to daily activity and follow-up expectations.


• Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.


• Work closely with the General Manager to execute sales strategies and improve dealership performance.


• Ensure every customer receives a world-class buying experience.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

• Has proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or top-performing Finance Manager ready for the next step.


• Brings relentless energy and urgency to work every day.


• Leads from the front—not from the office.


• Knows how to build accountability without destroying morale.


• Is obsessed with KPIs, closing ratios, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.


• Understands CRM follow-up, inventory management, and desking deals.


• Refuses to accept average performance.
