Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.


• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive expansion.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the home improvement or related industries.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
