• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance repeat and referral business.


• Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge.


• Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer experience and inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry
