What You’ll Do:

• Lead from the front—hire, train, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales reps


• Set the tone and keep the team motivated to meet and crush sales quotas


• Use data-driven insight to monitor performance, track KPIs, and unlock new market potential


• Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, quotas, and growth plans


• Deliver coaching with confidence—and hold the team accountable to results


• Consult with customers to match them with top-tier products and services


• Oversee the sales budget, approve expenditures, and ensure profitability targets are met

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of proven experience in sales leadership


• A natural motivator who knows how to get results—and elevate people along the way


• Confident communicator, both with internal teams and customers


• Highly organized and performance-driven


• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) + MS Office proficiency


• Clean driving record (company vehicle provided)


• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
