Are you a proven furniture sales leader who knows how to motivate a team, drive results, and create an outstanding customer experience? We're seeking an experienced Furniture Sales Manager to lead a team of 5+ sales professionals and help grow our business.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team


• Drive sales performance and achieve store goals


• Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates


• Ensure an exceptional customer experience


• Monitor KPIs and hold team members accountable

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of furniture sales management experience


• Experience leading teams of 5 or more associates


• Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
