Sales Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Skytouch Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Job Summary:

• 
  
  
  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR growth
  


• 
  
  
  Manage revenue management strategies including rate setting, inventory control, and forecasting
  


• 
  
  
  Prospect and cultivate relationships with corporate accounts, group business, and local market clients
  


• 
  
  
  Analyze market trends and competitive set data to optimize pricing and positioning
  


• 
  
  
  Collaborate with the front desk and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experience and upsell opportunities
  


• 
  
  
  Prepare and present sales reports, production summaries, and revenue forecasts to ownership and management
  


• 
  
  
  Leverage Marriott brand tools, systems, and loyalty programs to maximize distribution and visibility
  

Job Qualifications:

• 
  
  
  Previous hotel sales or revenue management experience, preferably with a branded property
  


• 
  
  
  Familiarity with Marriott systems, CI/TY, or similar property management and sales platforms is a plus
  


• 
  
  
  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
  


• 
  
  
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  


• 
  
  
  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  


• 
  
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  


• 
  
  
  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
