Responsibilities

• Recruit new paying customers of all sizes in local and global markets. 


• Manage sales cycles from lead generation to closure


• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads as well as meet monthly/quarterly performance benchmarks


• Assess current processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.


• ​​Build and execute strategic pipeline plans for the Israel and US region.


• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.


• Implement a competitive yet collaborative team environment.


• Assess performance through measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications 

• 2 years of experience in sales from a SaaS or B2B company


• Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Hebrew


• Proven ability to meet quotas


• Excellent self-starter, Self-taught, self-disciplined skills and highly motivated


• Experience meeting sales goals


• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills


• Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices 


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• A true team player, with strong moral values that benefits the mutual success of the team, not the individual.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - advantage.
