Do you have experience selling polymers and additives in the C.A.S.E. industry? In this role you will be responsible for managing accounts, negotiating contracts, preparing and presenting reporting among other duties. Understand the account needs in depth, customer key buying criteria, and sensitivity to changes. Assess our competitive position (market share, cost position, technology, performance) at the accounts and communicate throughout the regional business organization
Manage the territory / customer project list to ensure commitments are met
Responsible for meeting the agreed-upon budgeted sales volumes, revenues, and contribution margin targets
Identify and define value-creating opportunities for Liquid Resins and Additives, cross-linkers and related businesses, taking into account all aspects of the business (existing products, new developments, volumes, prices, service levels, cost to serve, etc.)
Build internal relationships with Marketing Manager, Technical Services, and Business Development to implement the plan
Balance empowerment of customer service while ensuring enough direct interaction with customers
Prepare and/or lead negotiations (pricing, rebate, other agreements, and contracts) in alignment with the Business Unit’s Strategies
Monitor and report competitive threats, propose responses, and agree on tactics as appropriate
Oversee the execution of account plans, doing what it takes to ensure the targets are met or exceeded
Expected to travel approximately 40% of the time
Build relationships with customers at all levels of both organizations

Technical Qualifications:
BS Technical or business degree or 15+ years field sales experience. Not interested in procurement people or commodity sales
