Sales Manager

CSPs Sales, Marketing & Administrative practice has partnered with a growing community development organization that is searching for a Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for working with the Director of Sales in coordinating and managing the daily sales activities in the community sales department. The ideal candidate has experience working a lengthy sales cycle and in leading teams.
Responsibilities
Management of the sales office
Direct responsibility for all sales programs that accelerate the sales curve
Assistance with sales process management and tracking of key sales data
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience
2+ years of management experience
Team leader or project leader experience is required
