We are actively seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Rock Falls sales team.

This Leadership position is essential to the success of our organization and is ideal for the proven Manager who has successfully managed and led a sales team and now desires a new challenge within an industry that is constantly evolving.

As a leader in our organization, you will drive positive outcomes and sales growth through a commitment to the success of your team. While operating with a business perspective, you will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge and experience to maximize results and move the business forward. Responsibilities

Implement effective sales strategies with exceptional execution and follow up
Train, coach, and mentor associates to achieve both their personal and professional goals
Build an effective sales and customer experience culture through strengthening and leveraging the capabilities of your sales team to win new customers, drive customer loyalty, and reach their full potential in achieving superior sales results
Build relationships within the community by developing or participating in activities that introduce them to the cutting-edge products and services we offer
Manage and lead all store operations
