What The Position is About:

• Oversee the team of 2 experienced sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow to 5-6 reps)
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
• Lead weekly sales meetings
• Develop and implement sales strategies and process to increase market share and customer base
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
• Windows experience
• The ability to recruit and train a successful sales team
• Strong sales and marketing skills
