Sales Manager
Location: Riverton, WY (On-site)
Position: Full-time with salary and benefits
Starting Salary: $55K (negotiable based on experience)

Our compasses are proudly crafted in-house at our Riverton facility, where we handle all aspects of our business operations. What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales for our diverse product lines both in the U.S. and internationally.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with dealer accounts.
- Guide and motivate regional sales reps to hit their targets.
- Recruit and train new sales reps in areas where we’re not yet established.
- Manage and update sales platforms like Envoy, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and sales performance.
- Represent Brunton at trade shows and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and driving growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt strategies as needed.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Envoy, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
