As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales for our innovative activity monitoring systems and parlor technologies. You'll work closely with large dairy producers across California (with a smaller focus on Arizona), building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that enhance animal welfare, sustainability, and profitability.

Location
Ideally, you'll be based in California's Central Valley, where the majority of our customers and cows are located but were flexible on specific location.

️ Travel
This role is customer-facing, with most travel day-to-day to farms. Expect around 4050% overnight travel, depending on how far you are from your customer base.

What you'll do

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and build a thriving pipeline

• Deliver in-person presentations and product demonstrations at farms, conferences, and trade events

• Tailor solutions to dairy producers needs and negotiate contracts

• Collaborate with global teams in the US, Canada, and Israel

• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for growth

About you

• Background in agriculture (degree preferred) with practical on-farm experience

• Knowledge of dairy cow reproduction, nutrition, and herd management

• Strong B2B sales experience with an existing network of large dairy producers

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites
