Klaviyo is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Partner Sales to lead and scale a high-impact team responsible for accelerating agency partnerships that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This leader will play a critical role in shaping how Klaviyo engages with and activates its partner ecosystem while enabling a team of Partner Account Managers to build meaningful, high-performing relationships with agency partners.
At Klaviyo, the Partner Sales team prides itself on being marketing and product experts who help partners and customers unlock the full value of our platform. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing and growing Klaviyo’s agency partner ecosystem within the Commercial segment. You will oversee team performance, develop talent, and drive initiatives that improve the partner experience while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Scope & Impact
Lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers responsible for agency partnerships within the Commercial segment
Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth through strategic agency relationships
Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align partnership initiatives with company growth goals
Influence the evolution of Klaviyo’s partner engagement strategy and operating model
How You’ll Make a Difference
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers
Establish clear operating rhythms and performance expectations to ensure team success
Provide strategic coaching to help your team build and grow impactful partner relationships
Drive Partner Revenue and Growth
Enable your team to activate new agency partners and build strong referral and co-marketing pipelines
Support co-selling opportunities between partners and Klaviyo sales teams
Ensure partners effectively communicate Klaviyo’s value and differentiate our platform in the market
Strengthen the Partner Ecosystem & Drive Strategic Initiatives
Partner with Partner Marketing and Field Marketing to drive pipeline initiatives
Collaborate with Partner Recruitment to onboard and activate high-potential partners
Advocate internally for programs and processes that improve the partner experience
Lead projects that improve the partner engagement model and partner program
Use data and forecasting to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
Contribute ideas and strategies that advance Klaviyo’s partnerships organization and long-term vision
Travel: up to 25% for partner meetings, team collaboration, and industry events.
Who You Are
7+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, channel, or account management
3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Proven success driving revenue or pipeline through partners
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing others
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, revenue-focused environment
Strong cross-functional collaborator across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Product
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinker who brings ideas that advance Klaviyo’s culture, mission, and growth
