Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Manager (individual contributor) who will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth within the U.S. market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating relationships with key clients, and uncovering new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attain sales targets. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the U.S. market. 3. Foster and maintain robust, enduring client relationships. 4. Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability. 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. 6. Stay abreast of industry trends and monitor competitor activities. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify expansion opportunities. 8. Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance and strategic plans. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree or higher, with priority given to degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably with experience in the customer service/call center outsourcing industry. 3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels. 4. Strong business acumen and industry expertise. 5. Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. 6. Fluent in English with clear and professional pronunciation; additional languages are a plus.
