Sales Manager - Excellent Benefits Package

Nesco Resource has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-tech glass to metal seal components for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team! This is a family-owned and operated company that's been in business for 60 years with no competition in a 200-mile radius!

On a Typical Day You May Be:

• Work with existing customers to drive revenue
• Work with sales team in search for new customers
• Work with production for scheduling and on time shipments
• Work with engineering department on existing as well as new work.
• Involved in Production meetings with President & Vice President
• Manage a team of (2) sales engineers and new quotations.
• Manage customer visits.

Here's What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• BS Business/Marketing
• 5 years' experience in Manufacturing
• Able to read and understand detailed mechanical drawings
