Responsibilities and Duties
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies,
- Coaching team members,
- Fostering a high-performance culture,
- Driving revenue and customer count growth
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing team of sales consultants
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching to ensure team success.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Identify new market opportunities and target potential customers in residential and commercial sectors
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results
- Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships
- Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates
- Provide training to the sales team on products, services, and seasonal application needs
- Work with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, detailing progress toward goals, market trends, and team performance
- Analyze sales data to forecast revenue, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide feedback to improve service offerings and promotional campaigns
- Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
- Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
