What You’ll Do as a Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at Redirect Health, you’ll lead by example and support your team in achieving performance goals while delivering an exceptional experience to every prospective member.

  • Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of sales professionals, setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and providing regular coaching and development opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Help build and refine sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals while tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Daily Oversight: Provide real-time support and direction during day-to-day sales activities. Jump in on calls, answer questions, and offer feedback to drive team success.
  • Performance Coaching: Conduct 1:1 meetings, monitor call quality, and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow and exceed goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Help manage and track sales pipelines, ensuring follow-ups are timely and that team members are working leads effectively.
  • Training & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members, helping them get up to speed quickly and confidently.
  • Escalation Support: Serve as a point of contact for escalated sales situations and complex client questions. Provide clear, effective resolutions and maintain a high level of service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Member Services, to ensure alignment and consistency across the customer journey.
  • Motivation & Culture: Foster a positive and high-energy team culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and purpose-driven work.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Active broker license (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in benefit sales
  • 1–2 years of experience in a team leadership or sales supervisory role, required
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or consultative sales
  • Strong communication and coaching skills with a focus on team development
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools to track sales performance
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a positive, people-first mindset
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Passion for making healthcare accessible and building something meaningful

 

What You’ll Earn

  • Base Salary starting at $75k plus commission
