Sales Manager – National City Harley-Davidson

Location: On-site – National City, CA
Salary Range: $72,000 base + performance-based bonuses

National City Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced, high-energy Sales Manager to help drive performance, accountability, and passion on our showroom floor. Your Core Responsibilities

  • Coach, lead, and motivate a team of Fit Specialists to hit daily and monthly sales goals

  • Enforce CRM discipline, follow-up procedures, and lead conversion best practices (VinSolutions experience a major plus)

  • Partner with the GSM to drive consistent front-end sales volume and gross

  • Maintain a strong floor presence—set the tone, pace, and standard for your team

  • Conduct daily huddles, one-on-ones, and training sessions

  • Assist with desking deals and closing when necessary

  • Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with integrity, energy, and professionalism

Your Background & Strengths

  • 2+ years of experience in vehicle sales management (Harley-Davidson or other high-volume retail preferred)

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms—especially VinSolutions

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding department goals

  • Ability to coach and hold others accountable in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Must be available to work weekends and major sales events

  • Motorcycle endorsement and passion for riding a plus
